FitPlan
This flexible program is for customized for you regardless of where you live, your fitness level, or your workout facility. There is a tremendous difference between training and getting a work out in. If you have been spending hours in the gym and not satisfied with your results it’s time to change your approach. If you haven’t exercised in years and want to know how to start this program will also work for you. The core of FitPlan is a 90 minute one on one session involving assessment, planning and education. During this session, we discuss goals, develop a fitness plan for the next 30 days and decide on measures of success. This usually involves specific workout programing and lifestyle goals along with accountability measures.
Often there are supplementary goals that may range from reading a book to videotaping a workout or trying a new vegetable in the kitchen. After 30 days of the program we meet again and assess how things went and decide how best to move forward. Some clients do this program on their own, others have multiple coached training sessions per week. We work together to find the appropriate level of support for our FitPlan clients. This program is compatible with distance coaching, so wherever you are at if you have access to the internet we can support you. This is the best option for you if you need a custom schedule and all the advantages of our fitness expertise.
Fit4Two
This is a program for women who are pregnant, are trying to become pregnant or have recently had a child. This program is designed to support women through their pregnancies. It involves our extensive intake consultation where we review your health history, goals and physician feedback. Every week there are 3 sessions that take place in the gym. These sessions are more than just pregnancy appropriate training sessions. They provide women contact with a supportive community and access to professional advice and support.
During these sessions we teach aspects that are critical to great pregnancies such as good posture, proper nutrition, and oversee appropriate strength training and conditioning work. Outside of these sessions, Fit4Two clients maintain an online journal and their own Facebook groups. Monthly massage is also a component in the Fit4Two Program. This is the best program for you if you are pregnant, wanting to get pregnant or recently pregnant.
FitTransformations
This is a comprehensive program for individuals who are significantly overweight. This program involves an extensive intake consultation and discussion of goals. The program combines appropriate physical training during 5 sessions per week at 7am, nutritional monitoring and support, a cooking skills orientation, and supplementary reading and discussion sessions. Transforming your life in this area is one of the most challenging and rewarding decisions a person can make and it has dramatic benefits in other areas of life as well.
Most of our clients have tried a myriad of different approaches but have not been able to acheive long term success. This program is not about short term fixes but is designed for people who are committed to change and ready to embrace a new way of being. This is the best program for clients who would like to change their body composition and inhabit their body in a new way.
