I have cut my daily prescription medications (with the enthusiastic support of my MD’s resulting from better lab outcomes) from 9 to 4. I have a healthier diet that I can live with for the long haul. I sleep better and enjoy outdoor activities like skiing and hiking more than I have in years. I also feel better about myself since for the first time in my life, I have actually DONE something about my diet and exercise.
